Across my career, I’ve led research that influences product direction from early discovery through delivery and beyond. I’ve also built the systems that allow research to scale: developing processes, tools, and cross-functional models that enable teams to continuously generate and act on insight. This includes establishing research functions from the ground up, creating insight-sharing infrastructure, and equipping non-researchers to conduct effective, responsible research.
